  • Ideate and plan large scale strategic brand awareness and engagement programs (e.g., events, ambassador programs, reward and loyalty programs, etc.) across international markets

  • Help plan and coordinate in-store retail events (e.g., openings, product launches, etc.)

  • Advise social media teams to coordinate brand plans with social media strategy including content development, story-telling, SEM and retargeting campaigns, etc.

  • Assist brand leaders in developing an omni-channel strategy and in providing a seamless shopping experience across stores and the online channel

  • Develop retail strategy including franchise business models and road-maps to success

  • Recommend retail locations through demographics and location typology analysis

  • Create and/or adapt retail store concept designs to local markets consistent with brand positioning, including store dimensions and size

  • Build brand assets, including sophisticated imagery, photos and videos in collaboration with high-standard networks of brand directors or agencies

  • Create brand guidelines and “look books” to ensure consistent brand language across markets

  • Organizing events such as fashion shows, brand events, contests, etc

  • Recommend designers and local architects to create compelling retail environments

  • Create and/or adapt retail operations process across international markets, including operational standards, visual merchandising, product offers, etc.

  • Execute retail buying for specific markets

  • Develop best practice in-store programs for managers and associates (e.g., training, customer engagement, etc.) in specific markets
